2017 McDonald’s B-Boy Royale

The McDonald’s B-Boy Royale, New York City’s biggest annual breakdance competition, returned to the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday. Now in its fourth year, the event featured eight award-winning crews from across the U.S. and Canada battling it out for a $5,000 grand prize and championship title.

We talked to Christopher Perry, the the Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities NY Tri-State Area, before the competition was underway.
