Its ingredients are origin, life experience, perspective, memories, and emotions. People can express themselves, speak to others through food.
Tian continues to learn about herself and others through creating and tasting food. As a proud Chinese and Wuhanese, Tian feels lucky to be the one working on promoting Asian food culture.
Raised by a Culinary Institute of America graduate, Christie Clements has embraced the power of food and community from a young age. She makes it her mission to encourage authentic communication over multi-cultural meals.
When she’s not on-camera, she enjoys eating extra spicy Sichuan food, making puns and chasing down French bulldogs.
