Bin Ma: Podcasts and Peking Opera

Bin Ma is the director of the New York Chinese Opera Society's Youth Troupe.

He is dedicated to preserving and passing along Chinese culture in the form of opera, calligraphy, and musical instruments.

He promotes the idea that Taoist philosophies can be found in countless Chinese cultural practices.

He also launched a podcast to counter misunderstandings about Chinese opera and address problems that the tradition, and those who practice it, face.

In addition, he uses the podcast to spread traditional music and Western audiences.
