China 2000 Fine Art Presents Six Paintings by An Ho

From September 6th to 28th, China 2000 fine art will be presenting six recent paintings depicting the landscape of Woodstock, New York by artist An Ho.

Learning from Puru, one of china’s most famous traditional chinese painters and calligraphers of the modern era, An Ho laid foundation of traditional Chinese painting and then developed her own style.

Adopting the gongbi technique, She uses meticulous and highly-detailed brushstrokes to accurately depict figure or narrative subjects. Her landscapes are part poetic fantasy, part memory, and part dream, with a tranquil and meditative atmosphere.
