China NCPA Orchestra Carnegie Hall Premerie

Known as one of the world’s most popular music concertos, The Yellow River Piano Concerto has already been appreciated throughout the U.S. In fact, in 2007, China’s first lunar satellite Chang’e one was playing the song during orbit.

This Monday, The China NCPA Orchestra makes its Carnegie Hall debut. Lead by composer Lv Jia, the concert is intended to showcase the dynamic artistry of this outstanding young ensemble, highlight its extraordinary dedication to cultural exchange, and further solidify its partnerships with several of the world’s leading arts organizations.
