Giving Beijing Opera New Life in New York

Some may say Beijing opera is in decline, but not in New York City. The New York Chinese Opera Society held its 8th Annual Cultural Exchange Festival, this year presenting the famous 3 hour opera The Orphan of Zhao and joined by well-known performers Zhang Jianguo and Yang Yanyi.
