Pipa Brought Warmth to The Cold Spring

Pipa, a traditional Chinese instrument, brought warmth and happiness to New York on last cold Sunday.

To celebrate the new year of rooster, Rewen Society of China Institute held a Pipa concert by Lin Ma and a gallery tour and reception.

At the concert, Ma performed not only traditional Pipa songs but also new-style compositions, including works from her new album.
