The Joyous String Ensemble: Learning Music with Fun

Led by nine-year-old cellist,Justin Yu, the world’s youngest string orchestra – "The Joyous String Ensemble" has been together since most of the members were four years old. The ensemble performs a variety of different genres, from classical to pop hits to mash-ups – innovatively orchestrated and arranged to give audiences a unique listening experience. Age aside, the group is a model of maturity, dedication, and brilliant musicianship.We sat down with young professionals to learn about how they work together.
