The War Against Chinese Restaurants

Experts estimated that there are more Chinese restaurants in the United States than McDonalds, Burger King, and Pizza Hut combined. Experts believe that the result of the rising trend of Chinese restaurants is due to the concentration of Chinese immigrants in the United States. We did a street interview on the ways in which Chinese food has been adapted to conform to the American culture, to get a closer look at the relationship between food and identity.
