UrWork Joining Forces With Serendipity Labs To Open Its First NYC location

In the past few years, coworking has become a global trend and more and more coworking companies are ambitiously aiming for the international market.

After wework made a big move by entering the coworking market in China, One of China’s own coworking giants, UrWork, is coming to the U.S. market with its first stop in NYC.

UrWork had joined forces with serendipity labs on a 34,000 square foot lease at fosun international 28 liberty street in the financial district. During the signing ceremony of the partnership, the CEO of Urwork and serendipity labs shared with us their insights on this partnership.
